When it comes to hydrostatic pressure testing, Chief Fluid Systems are the market innovators.

We have specialist in-house testing capabilities of up to 4500bar (65,250psi) and use NATA calibrated and certified gauges to meet our QMS requirements for annual gauge calibration/traceability and provide our customers with in-date test certifications.

Our workshop has three hydrostatic pressure test units, one rated to 4500bar and two to 500bar. Chief Fluid Systems is also home to the only mobile hydrostatic testing unit in Australia rated to 4,000bar capacity – when you can’t come to us for testing, our mobile service can come to you.

Chief Fluid Systems tests all types of hose to the various Australian Standards. Once a hose is certified, it is tagged with an asset number and retest date. We also issue test certificates and maintain your hose information on our comprehensive database.

Chief Fluid Systems also has the capabilities to provide testing of pipeline systems on board vessels and cargo hoses to ISGOTT standards.
